About us
Indotek Group, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management company, specializes in revitalizing underperforming assets and investing in high-potential properties. Since entering the Greek market in 2021, Indotek has focused on unlocking long-term value in hospitality and retail real estate. Our first acquisition—a centrally located hotel in Athens—is under full renovation and rebranding. The Greek portfolio now includes four assets: one city hotel and three shopping galleries in Thessaloniki and Patra, representing Indotek’s expanding presence in the region.

Christos Geropantas
Head of Transactions South East Europe, Country Head Greece & Cyprus
Chris Geropantas, Country Head of Indotek in Greece & Cyprus, joined Indotek in 2021. He is a seasoned manager with 20 years of experience in all real estate sectors and asset classes, covering full project lifecycle: sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, acquisitions, development, asset management and disposition. As Country Head, Chris is actively looking for value-add investment opportunities in all real estate sectors (hospitality, retail, industrial, logistics), with a target to build and manage a local portfolio.

Michalis Sakellariou Head of Asset Management for Indotek in Greece joined Indotek in April 2025. He is a seasoned manager with 25 years of experience in real estate sectors such as retail and shopping centers covering areas such as leasing, development, and asset management.
