Established in 1993, Lazarski University is consistently ranked among Poland’s leading private universities. The university has acquired the building with the intention of redeveloping it into Poland’s first private school of dentistry, alongside a state-of-the-art medical training and simulation center. This acquisition supports Lazarski University’s long-term development plans in the Polish capital, as well as its mission and vision to deliver education of the highest quality.

“Taifun’s strategic location and flexible layout made it attractive to a prestigious institutional owner-occupier with a clear vision for its future use,” comentó Szabolcs Szimler, director de Transacciones Inmobiliarias Internacionales del Grupo Indotek.

“The transaction reflects our disciplined, forward-looking approach, under which we identify each property’s potential and prepare assets in advance for future changes in use.”

“We pride ourselves on offering students the best learning environment, with small, focused study groups and an individual approach. Thanks to the new facility on Jutrzenki Street, together with the world-class training and simulation center we plan to establish there, we will continue to provide our students with premium learning experience.”

Taifun is a seven-story Class B office building located in Warsaw’s Włochy district. The property offers approximately 7,000 square meters of space and a combination of underground and surface parking. Its location provides convenient access to public transport and regional rail services and is a 10–15-minute drive from Warsaw Chopin Airport.

The disposal of Taifun follows Indotek Group’s earlier sale of the Cybernetyki Office Center, another Warsaw office property repositioned for adaptive reuse. The transaction reinforces the Group’s strategy of actively managing its office holdings in response to changing occupier and investor behavior.

Legal counsel for Indotek in the transaction was provided by Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw office. Avison Young acted as commercial advisor, while Crido provided tax advisory services.
