Dániel Jellinek is the founder and majority owner of Indotek Group, an emerging pan-European player in real estate investment and asset management. Jellinek Dániel

Dániel Jellinek is the founder and majority owner of Indotek Group, an emerging pan-European player in real estate investment and asset management. Partner, Marketing and SBU Director

Hermann Kamilla

One of the founders and partners of Indotek Group, responsible for aligning internal processes, marketing, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility strategies. This role also encompasses managing the renovation and branding of properties within the portfolio. Playing a key role in promoting Indotek Group’s international expansion, she works with an expert team to implement successful business strategies abroad, leveraging proven domestic practices.

Portfolio Management Director

Dr. Hegedűs Gábor

Since November 2019, he has served as the Portfolio Management Director at Indotek Group, following a tenure of more than 15 years in the Hungarian banking sector. Together with his team, he manages a portfolio of over 300 properties and crafts strategies aimed at generating value. He holds oversight over the entirety of the group’s operations in Hungary, focusing on asset management, operations, infrastructure management, and sales.

Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Bence Nádasdy

Since February 2022, he has held the position of CFO at Indotek Group, boasting 15 years of experience in structured and project financing within the banking sector, along with a decade of CFO experience in major investments. His responsibilities encompass overseeing the entire financial operation of the group and internal reporting, as well as shaping the group’s financing strategy and organizing capital and credit sourcing. Areas under his supervision include accounting, controlling, financing, and asset management.

CEO, Primare Partners

Adam Hegyi

Adam Hegyi is the CEO of PRIMARE Partners with over 21 years of experience in investment banking. He specializes in mergers, acquisitions, company sales, and capital market transactions. Adam has led around 100 deals in Hungary and nearby regions, and regularly teaches M&A and capital markets in Hungarian and English. He chairs the Budapest Stock Exchange’s Issuers Committee and has been a member of its Strategic Advisory Body since its founding.Adam earned his finance degree from Corvinus University of Budapest and started his career in 1997 as a macroeconomic analyst, later focusing on corporate finance and transactions from 2002. He has facilitated numerous domestic and international transactions, primarily as a lead advisor, and has chaired the Budapest Stock Exchange Issuers Committee since 2016.

Director of Real Estate Development

Dr. István Hüse

He obtained his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Miskolc in 2000. Since completing his studies, he has been involved in real estate development, utilization, and management, as well as holding executive positions or ownership stakes in companies engaged in such activities. From 2021 to 2022, he served as the Director of Real Estate Development at Indotek Group, and since 2022, he has been the President and CEO of Magyar Ingatlanberuházó Zrt.

Director of Operations and HR

Tamás Szöllősi

He embarked on his professional career as a management consultant and by establishing quality management systems. In 2006, he joined the Indotek team as an economic process developer. Following the establishment of organizational structure and processes, he progressed to the positions of HR Director and later COO, where he oversees selection processes, payroll, and organizational development, as well as legal and operational areas, including fleet management, reception, executive secretariat, operational archives, and IT.

Chief of Staff

Dr. Kristóf Németh

Since January 2019, he has led the CEO’s office at Indotek Group and took on a management role in July 2023. Before joining the group, he practiced law in the banking and finance division of an international law firm. His duties encompass maintaining relationships with key partners and investors, coordinating transactions, and securing funding. Furthermore, he plays a pivotal role in preparing, deliberating, and executing ownership-related decisions across all sectors.
