Indotek Group, acting as buy-side transaction advisor, announces that Hungary’s Appeninn Plc. has signed and completed the acquisition of the Goodyear logistics center in Tarnów, Poland, through its wholly owned Polish subsidiary, Appeninn Project-TRNW sp. z o.o.
The logistics facility comprises 56,343 sq m of net leasable area and is exclusively leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. under a long-term lease agreement.
