This is the INDOTEK GROUP's first standardised sustainability report: it covers the 2024 financial year, has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021 at the 'with reference' level, and spans the Group's 360 companies and more than 200 properties across 12 countries. It sets out our environmental, social and governance performance — efficient energy management and the use of renewable sources, the reduction of our GHG emissions and carbon footprint, responsible waste management, and our commitments to our employees, our local communities and to ethical, transparent operations. Our activities focus primarily on the revitalisation of the existing building stock: we actively seek out properties in which we see new potential — a 'second life' — and give buildings destined for demolition a new function, thereby preventing waste generation and reducing embedded carbon.
