The Polish headquarters of Assa Abloy, a global leader in access control solutions, will continue to be located in the Wlochy district of Warsaw at the Wisniowy Business Park. The facility is managed by Indotek Group, a European investment group managing real estate assets.

The Assa Abloy Group is present in 70 countries. It provides a wide range of products and services related to access control—from home security to cutting-edge biometric technology for companies, governments, airports, hospitals, schools, and more.

The Assa Abloy office in Poland, covering over 1,200 sqm, is located at 24 Ilzecka St. The lease agreement is long-term.

The four buildings (C, D, E, F) of the Wisniowy Business Park, managed by Indotek Polska, have a total area of over 40,000 sqm. They are distinguished by their location amidst greenery, a well-connected site, and above all, functionally designed office space and stylishly decorated common areas. There are 1,300 parking spaces available in the office park, located in underground garages and surface parking lots. In the vicinity, there are two hotels, a fitness club, and several restaurants.
