Eleonora Galloni
Country Head and Head of Transactions, Italy
Eleonora Galloni brings over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management to her role as Country Head of Indotek’s Italian operations. Prior to joining Indotek, she held senior positions at leading international real estate firms, specializing in portfolio management and strategic asset repositioning. Since joining the company, Eleonora has led the expansion of Indotek’s presence in Italy, overseeing major acquisitions such as Galleria Porta Siena and Centro Commerciale Le Masserie. Her ability to manage complex transactions and build strong local partnerships has been instrumental in positioning Indotek as a key player in the Italian market.

Marco Ballestrelli
Senior Asset Manager, Italy
Marco Ballestrelli joined Indotek Group in 2024 as Senior Asset Manager, overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio in Italy. With nearly a decade of experience focused on leasing and asset management, Marco is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of the portfolio. His deep understanding of the real estate sector—gained through roles on both the advisor and landlord sides—enables him to manage all aspects of asset management effectively. He also leads the coordination and oversight of property management partners across the region.
