Indotek Polska Drives Substantial Lease Extensions, Underlining the Attraction of WBP’s Location and Facilities

August 17, 2023, Warsaw, Poland – Property asset management company Indotek Polska today announced the successful renewal of major lease agreements with key tenants, including Assa Abloy Mercor Doors, Green Lights, Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries, as well as Knauf Insulation and Terumo Poland, in Q2, 2023. The renewed leases cover over 8600 sqm of office space at Wiśniowy Business Park. The lease extensions by blue-chip tenants testify to the market potential of the business park and reinforce Indotek Polska’s commitment to providing top-tier real estate solutions to its clients.

Commenting on the renewals, Monika Igła, Leasing Manager at Indotek Polska, said: “We are pleased to extend our partnerships with these major tenants at Wiśniowy Business Park. These agreements are a testament to the park’s strategic location and superior facilities, and they underscore our dedication to fostering long-term relationships with our tenants.”

A prestigious address in Warsaw, Wiśniowy Business Park is fully owned by a subsidiary of the listed Hungarian asset management holding Appeninn Nyrt. The successful renewal of these lease agreements marks a strong start to Appeninn’s ownership of the business park, which it purchased in March 2023.

Located in the northwest part of Warsaw’s Mokotów district, the complex offers 40,000 sqm of office space with BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’ certification. The park, which underwent significant refurbishment in 2017, provides state-of-the-art workspaces for its tenants.

Appeninn, listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange since 2010, currently manages more than EUR 180 million worth of assets. The acquisition of Wiśniowy Business Park marked its first venture outside Hungary and a milestone in implementing its new portfolio diversification strategy.

Indotek Polska, in its role as an asset manager, has been key in ensuring the satisfaction of the tenants and the smooth operation of the business park. The Polish asset management company is a subsidiary of the leading Budapest-headquartered international asset management conglomerate, Grupa Indotek, which manages over 350 properties across 12 countries.

Indotek Group’s portfolio consists of over 40 office buildings, 30 shopping centers, and numerous hotels, warehouses, retail parks, and industrial sites. The combined built-up and lettable area of its properties exceeds 2.5 million sqm, accommodating more than 4,000 tenants.
