Christos Geropantas
Head of Transactions South East Europe, Country Head Greece & Cyprus
Chris Geropantas Country Head of Indotek in Greece & Cyprus, joined Indotek in 2021. He is a seasoned manager with 20 years of experience in all RE sectors and asset classes, covering full project lifecycle: sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, acquisitions, development, asset management and disposition. As Country Head, Chris is actively looking for value-add investment opportunities in all RE sectors, (hospitality, retail industrial, logistics, etc.), with a target to build and manage a local portfolio.

Mariana Stamate
Head of Asset Management,
Romania
Mariana Stamate joined Indotek in June 2023 and leads the strategic management of the company’s Romanian portfolio as Head of Asset Management. With nearly 20 years of experience in asset and property management, she has held senior leadership roles at CPI Property Group, S IMMO Romania, MVGM, and JLL Romania. Mariana holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and is known for her strategic vision, adaptability, and people-focused leadership approach.
