Małgorzata Wiecko is an experienced asset and property management professional with over 18 years of expertise in the real estate industry, covering the industrial, office, and residential sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed diverse portfolios on behalf of both private and institutional clients, including P3, Deka, Aviva Investors, Union Investment, and Immofinanz.
In her previous role at Accolade, Małgorzata held a leadership position overseeing a significant industrial portfolio across Poland. Her strategic oversight and deep market knowledge have consistently driven performance and operational excellence.
Małgorzata joined Indotek Group in April 2025 as Head of Asset Management in Poland, where she is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s growing portfolio in the region.

He began his career in the Research Department at CBRE and later advanced to a Senior Consultant role in Capital Markets. Konrad then served as a Transaction Manager at Knight Frank before becoming Investment Director at Syrena Real Estate, a Warsaw-based investment and advisory boutique. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2017 and also holds a Polish property valuer's license.
