Retail
Indotek has established itself as a leading investor in retail properties, particularly shopping centers. Capitalizing on the market recovery following the financial crisis of 2008-2009, we acquired over 20 shopping centers in Hungary and expanded internationally with strategic acquisitions in Romania, Italy, and Spain. In 2024, we further strengthened our retail presence by acquiring operational control of Auchan Hungary, while retaining our 47% ownership stake in the company. As part of this transaction, the Auchan Korzó retail spaces became fully owned by Indotek.
Through these strategic steps and our continuous pursuit of new opportunities, we strive to create value and deliver exceptional results in the retail sector.
Indotek has recently expanded into the hotel sector, focusing on strategic investments.
Hospitality
Indotek has recently expanded into the hotel sector, focusing on value creation through strategic investments. As of early 2024, our portfolio includes over 4,000+ hotel rooms, a port, and additional assets across Hungary, Spain, Greece, and Croatia. We primarily invest in distressed properties, improving their physical condition and market positioning to unlock their full potential. Developments
Indotek Group specializes in real estate development, with a strong focus on residential projects. While residential is our core expertise, we also develop hotels, retail spaces, worker accommodations, and other commercial properties. Our strength lies in repurposing underutilized properties rather than developing from scratch. This approach allows us to unlock value where others don’t, transforming outdated assets into market-ready properties. We modernize hotels, revamp shopping centers, and redevelop commercial spaces to improve their performance and appeal. Unlike traditional developers, we manage construction in-house, ensuring cost control, flexibility, and direct oversight from planning to completion.

As e-commerce and supply chain demands drive market trends, we continuously refine our strategy to align with evolving conditions. Through careful planning and strategic partnerships, Indotek ensures sustainable growth and value creation for our investors in the logistics sector.
